Vinyl Ester Coatings

Vinyl ester resin coatings provide excellent resistance from chemicals and with a flake pigment added the coatings is very abrasion resistant. This coating is use on tanks, piping, exhaust fans and other maintenance projects. The coating is temperature resistant to 380°F and has great chemical resistance to organic and inorganic acids, oxidizing agents and salts. Vinyl ester coatings are also resistant to solvents including aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated types. Coatings thicknesses are usually 35 to 45 mils DFT.
